Online Management Service

OMS is the online management service offered by Baillie Gifford which enables you to apply for, open and administer an Investment Trust Share Plan or ISA online.  For full details please read our OMS factsheet.

Please note the online account management facility is currently not available for Children’s Savings Plan accounts. 

Important Information

Before you register for the Online Management Service (OMS), please ensure you and any joint holders on the account have taken the following steps:

You must read the Key Features and Terms and Conditions documents for the plan you are applying for.  These documents contain important information about the Baillie Gifford Investment Trust Share Plan and the Baillie Gifford Investment Trust ISA, including details of the risks and charges involved.   You must retain a copy of these documents for future reference. You should either print these out or save the file to your hard drive.

Application through OMS is not suitable if you have taken advice from an authorised intermediary – if you have taken advice from an authorised intermediary, please complete a postal application form which can be found in our Application Pack, or by calling 0800 917 2112.
