Sarah Whitley - Trust Manager
Sarah graduated BA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University in 1980 and joined Baillie Gifford the same year. She quickly specialised in Japan and has worked in the department since 1982 and became Head of the Team in 2001. Sarah became a partner of the firm in 1986 and her main areas of responsibility are in Investment Policy and Strategy.
Anzelm Cydzik - Investment Trust Liaison and Development Manager
Anzelm (BA Joint Hons History & Politics) joined Baillie Gifford in 2000 as Investment Assistant on the Emerging Markets team. In August 2003 he joined the Investment Trust Team where he has specific client responsibility for Pacific Horizon Investment Trust, The Baillie Gifford Japan Trust, Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon and Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust. He is responsible for relationships with boards, shareholders and analysts and also helps with marketing and public relations for the Baillie Gifford Investment Trust range.
Lindsey Greig - Marketing Manager
Lindsey Greig is the Marketing Manager responsible for developing and monitoring all aspects of customer care and marketing support for personal investors and intermediaries. She joined the firm in 1986 and is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen.
Lindsey Beattie - Head of Investment Trust Accounting
Lindsey graduated MA in History in 1981 from Edinburgh University, followed by a Diploma in Accounting from Heriot Watt University the following year. She qualified as a CA with Ernst & Young in 1985 and, after working as an investment accountant for Investors Capital Trust plc, joined Baillie Gifford in 1986. Lindsey heads up the Baillie Gifford Investment Trust Accounting and Secretarial Department. She was a member of the AIC SORP review working party.
