Baillie Gifford depends heavily upon systems to provide the high quality service that our clients demand. Over the last 20 years a great deal of emphasis has been placed on technological advancement to drive portfolio management, trading, client reporting and performance measurement. Consequently, the IT department has grown substantially in that time and is now staffed by around 110 employees. We have an established graduate recruitment programme and offer careers in Application Development or Technical Infrastructure.
