Application Development
Our development team works closely with users to design and build mission critical systems.  The developer role covers the full life cycle from analysis through to implementation and ongoing support.  Candidates require strong analytical skills, some experience of programming and an interest in the financial sector.  We work with current development software & technology, including Oracle 10G, PL/SQL, Microsoft.Net, C#, Forms 6i and VisualBasic6.  Full training on all of our software and systems will be provided.

Technical Infrastructure
Our team of infrastructure experts help to keep the whole IT operation working smoothly and efficiently. Working with the latest desktop (Dell), server (Dell & EMC) and networking/telecoms (Cisco) technologies, the infrastructure team manages a complex computing environment for around 700 users in three offices across the world. Candidates should have an interest in hardware and networking infrastructures and preferably some experience of Microsoft Windows, Office and popular PC packages.

What we look for
We are looking for individuals with consistently high academic achievement, a recent (or expected) 2:1 degree in any IT (or related) discipline, and evidence that you do more in your spare time than study! Personal qualities are equally as important as academic achievement. Enthusiasm, common sense and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think on your feet and digest detail.
