Technology
We know technology never stands still, and neither do we. We are long-term and future-focused in our approach and the investment we will make in you. From the outset, you will work with some of the most exciting and sought-after tools on the market, sometimes during beta testing. But we will also ensure you receive the support and training you need to develop into our future technologists.
Please note this programme will not be opened for 2026 applications.

What we look for
We seek curious minds who are passionate about technology: problem solvers, futurists and those who challenge the status quo.
Your passion for technology will come from various sources, such as personal projects, special interests or extracurricular activities, coupled with academic elements from your STEM degree background. The most important aspect is how you articulate your passion for technology and demonstrate a willingness to try new things, broaden your skills and apply them in a live environment.
Curiosity
Your inbuilt passion about technology and its potential means being curious, asking questions and exploring new ideas. We want you to collaborate across the business, find out the requirements, and create or enhance solutions that meet their objectives.
Problem-solving
When we meet, we want to hear about your interest in emerging technology and how you apply your problem-solving approach to technical challenges. Explain how your passion and skills can help in this role to transform the business, enhance efficiency and drive positive change.
Adaptability
Due to the programme's rotational nature, you will work with many teams and on many projects. On one rotation, you could be working on a large-scale project and on the next, fixing an existing application. The pace of change and learning might take you out of your comfort zone, but you will be quick to adapt and find ways to meet those challenges with our support.
Team-working
You will be keen to contribute to our team environment, collaborating with a diverse variety of people to deliver the best results. You should also feel confident voicing your opinion and contributing as an active team member from the beginning. Tell us about your experiences, help us understand how you could immerse yourself in our team and help bring out the best in others, not just yourself.
