ObjectiveThe value of investments and any income from them may go down as well as up and you or your client may not get back the amount originally invested.
The objective is to outperform the MSCI AC World Index by at least 2.0% per annum over rolling five year periods (before management fee).
There is no guarantee that a positive return will be achieved over rolling five year periods or any time period and capital may be at risk.
The Sub-fund will invest primarily in global equities of companies with a record of good stewardship, being companies that are run for the long term. By stewardship, the Investment Adviser refers not just to the environmental, social and governance issues faced by a company, but also to the long term strategic direction, management’s capital allocation skill and the strength of the corporate culture.
Investments will be selected from ideas generated by the Investment Adviser’s specialist investment teams with additional input from the Investment Adviser’s governance and sustainability team. The Sub-fund may also invest in other transferable securities, money market instruments, deposits, cash and near cash. Up to 10% of the Sub-fund may be invested in other collective investment vehicles (including those managed or operated by the ACD).
