Lawrence has been a member of the International Concentrated Growth Portfolio Construction Group (PCG) since 2013. He is Deputy Chair of the International Growth PCG, which he joined in 2012 and is co-manager of the Global Outliers Strategy. Lawrence has been the deputy manager of the Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust, since 2021. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2009 and became a partner in 2020. Lawrence graduated BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge in 2009.
