Important information

South Africa professional investor

Sanlam Collective Investments (RF) (Pty) Ltd acts as the South African representative office for the Baillie Gifford section 65 approved funds. Collective investment schemes are generally medium- to long-term investments. Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance, and the value of investments/units /unit trusts may go down as well as up. A schedule of fees and charges and maximum commissions is available from the Manager on request. Collective investments are traded at ruling prices and can engage in borrowing and scrip lending. The Manager does not provide any guarantee with respect to either the capital or the return of a portfolio. The manager has the right to close the portfolio to new investors in order to manage it more efficiently in accordance with its mandate.

Funds approved under section 65 of the Collective Investment Scheme Control Act (CISCA) 2002 are listed above. Please refer to the Minimum Disclosure Document, in the Literature Library, which complies with the Marketing Material disclosure requirements of Board Notice 92 of CISCA.

Annualised returns are the weighted average compound growth rate over the period measured. Past performance calculations are based on a lump sum investment and assume income is reinvested prior to the deduction of dividend withholding tax.
