  3. Transfer of Share Plans, ISAs and Children’s Savings Plans to Hargreaves Lansdown  

    You may remember in April 2019, that we wrote to our Share Plan, ISA and Children’s Savings Plan account holders advising of our intention to transfer their accounts to Hargreaves Lansdown. The transfer of all accounts was completed by 31 August 2019.  
     
    We advised in our initial April 2019 letter that your charges would remain unchanged for a period of three years after the final transfer date of 31 August 2019. This was achieved in the form of a charges rebate. We are drawing to your attention that this charges rebate period has now ended with effect from 31 August 2022.  
     
    Hargreaves Lansdown have contacted all account holders.
