Our headquarters is located at 3 Haymarket Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8AQ.
The main reception desk is at the main entrance on the ground floor. It can be accessed via a revolving door or a fully accessible automatic push-pad door.
Our opening times are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm.
Our Visitor Experience Team will be very happy to help you during your visit. If you have questions or would like to discuss additional support, such as a quiet waiting area or addressing specific access needs, please get in touch in advance.

Our Visitor Experience Team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have upon arrival or at anytime during your visit.
Fire alarms
Fire alarm testing will take place on a weekly basis on Monday at 7.30am and the last Friday of every month at 4.45pm. If you hear an alarm at any other time, you should make your way to the evacuation point outside the building. The person you are meeting will guide you there.
