Lawrence has been a member of the International Concentrated Growth Portfolio Construction Group (PCG) since 2013. He is Deputy Chair of the International Growth PCG, which he joined in 2012 and is joint manager of the Global Outliers Strategy. Lawrence has been the deputy manager of the Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust, since 2021. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2009 and became a partner in 2020. Lawrence graduated BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge in 2009.
