Malcolm joined Baillie Gifford as editor of intellectual capital in 2017. His role includes editing Trust magazine and presenting the podcast, Short Briefings on Long Term Thinking. Before joining Baillie Gifford, he was director of corporate affairs at BNY Mellon and worked at the BBC where he ran the economics and business bureaux in Asia and the Middle East. Malcolm has also worked as a senior producer for Today, News at Ten and World Business Report.
Will is Head of our Emerging Markets Equity Team. He joined Baillie Gifford in 1999 and became a partner of the firm in 2010. Prior to joining the team in 2001, he spent time working in our UK and US equity teams. Will graduated with MA in History from the University of Glasgow in 1996.
